Cost of Childcare continues to rise
The Day Care Trust have recently published the findings of their 2011 survey of Childcare Costs, and it is no surprise to any working parents that costs are on the up.

As a company we are committed to donating at least 5% of our profits each year to charities that work with Children. However, we also aim to go a step further and offer our time, and encourage our staff to become actively involved in supporting our nominated charity.
This year we have decided to support Leicester based Charity Wishes4Kids, who grant wishes for grant a wish for children and youngsters who are life limited, terminally ill, have experienced life-changing physical or emotional traumas, have suffered major abuse or are diagnosed as HIV Positive.

12 Marathons in 12 Months
Richard Bebbington, the Mayor of Ashby, is attempting to run 12 marathons in 12 months in aid of Wishes4Kids.
So far, Richard has completed 5 of the 12 marathons, and his next event is the Leciester Marathon on 9th October.
